After dining at twenty different restaurants, a man from Lithuania, in northwest Europe, pretended to have a heart attack in order to avoid having to pay the bill.

The man's name, fifty years old, remained undisclosed. He allegedly went to at least 20 eateries in the southern Spanish province of Costa Blanca before pretending to suffer a heart attack.

His strategy was to order food and beverages, eat them, and then pretend to be unconscious by falling to the ground and placing his hands on his chest, leading people to believe he was having a heart attack.

This continued until a hotel owner noticed his performance and distributed his photos to neighboring eateries.

He attempted to leave the Albion restaurant last month after receiving a $37 bill from the staff after ordering a few shots of pricey beverages with delicious fish. The restaurant is located on the Spanish coast of the Atlantic Ocean.

The server eventually got up with him, at which point he threatened to take money from his hotel. When they refused to allow him leave, he faked to have a heart attack once more. But he was apprehended and turned over to the authorities.
